Sellers take orders and collect payment with a paper order form or online, and track progress toward their goals.

Your group sends one combined order and one payment. Payment is needed before the order is processed.
Pick up and deliver
Allow up to three weeks for processing. We contact you to schedule delivery, and pickup sheets show what each seller gets.

Fundraiser policies
How does payment work?
We accept cash or a business check made out to "Karenke Candle Company." Payment for the full order must be received before the order is processed.
How long does it take?
Please allow up to three weeks for processing. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to schedule delivery.
Our group is tax exempt. What do we need?
Send us your tax exempt number with a copy of your letter from the Illinois Department of Revenue and your IRS Form 990. If we don't receive a tax exemption, sales tax is charged on the order.
What if a scent runs out?
We do our best to keep everything in stock. On the rare occasion something runs out, we deliver the items that are in stock and email you about anything that's back-ordered.
What is the return policy?
Returns need a return authorization number from us, and there is a 15% restocking fee. You can find all of our policies at karenkecandlecompany.com.
Hi there! We're Thomas and Melissa.
Our candle-making journey began in 2021, when Melissa received some hobby candle-making supplies as a gift. It wasn't easy at first, but our love of making the best candles led us to research and test fragrance oils and wicks until we found the right formula for a great candle.
Every candle and wax melt we make uses a soy blend wax and is hand-poured in small batches for consistent quality. All of our candles are phthalate-free, a safer choice for your home and the environment.
